What Youll Do:

+ Lead and support multiple Supervisors and their teams within ourWhey Department, ensuring consistent product quality, employee safety, and efficient production across multiple operations.

+ Plan and coordinate daily staffing across multiple teams to maximize labor efficiency and meet production goals.

+ Guide, mentor, and develop Supervisors through coaching, feedback, leadership development, and ongoing technical and safety training.

+ Build a culture of trust, collaboration, and accountability by communicating clearly, developing frontline leaders, and recognizing performance that makes a difference.
