**Position Description & Qualifications**

Serco has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Program Analyst to provide acquisition program management support to the U.S. Navy Team Submarine organization at the Washington Navy Yard in Washington, DC. You will provide support to the Undersea Defensive Warfare Systems Program Office (PMS 415) for Navy counter-measure defense systems. We are seeking a candidate to join our team and help provide the US Navy with cutting edge undersea warfare capabilities and technology.

**Responsibilities:**

+ Lead the System Integration Team (SIT) providing technical direction to engineering teams.
+ Review and approve engineering deliverables.
+ Support the Technical Director as the engineering subject matter expert.
+ Facilitate discussions and communications relating to system designs among stakeholders on program status and goals to improve alignment of program achievements within DoW acquisition processes.
