Our client has a requirement for an Alberta-based Senior Program Director to lead a high-profile Business Technology Renewal (BTR) Program for a large Alberta-based organization.

This is an opportunity to lead an enterprise-wide transformation program that will modernize business and technology capabilities while working closely with executive leadership and key stakeholders.If you have a track record of successfully leading enterprise transformation programs and enjoy working with senior leaders to drive meaningful organizational change, we'd love to hear from you.

Must Have:

10+ years of experience in IT program and project management, including leading large, complex enterprise transformation initiatives.

5+ years leading enterprise-wide programs involving multiple projects, cross-functional teams, budgets, risks, and executive stakeholders.
