Senior Program Manager 

Location: New York City (Hybrid – 3 days onsite)

Duration: 9 months (with strong potential for extension)

 

We’re looking for a Senior Program Manager to support Mastercard’s Software Builders’ Experience organization. This role sits close to senior leadership and focuses on helping an SVP clearly track, demonstrate, and communicate the productivity and impact of his organization.

This is not a traditional HR workforce planning role. Instead, the focus is on building a tracking and reporting framework from the ground up so leadership can clearly answer a critical question:

Are we getting measurable value from the people we’ve hired, and can we prove it with data?
