We're looking for a Senior Program Manager to own carrier operations within the US MFN External Fulfillment team. You will drive strategic carrier programs across the Buy Shipping platform, lead commercial negotiations, manage carrier onboarding and integration pipelines, and own the operational metrics that determine how millions of packages reach customers each week. This role sits at the intersection of program management, business development, and transportation operations.
