AWS is seeking a strategic program manager to design and deliver global partner event experiences through innovative in-person programming as part of 1P Flagship events. As organizations navigate an AI-driven world, this role will shape how AWS connects with, enables, and inspires our global partners through meaningful event experiences that drive engagement and business impact.

You'll lead the development and delivery of AWS Partner Programs globally, establishing frameworks, standards, and measurement protocols that ensure consistent, high-quality partner experiences across all regions. This includes supporting our global partner summits series, Global Partner Summit, and shaping the partner experience at re:Invent.
