The **Senior Program Manager** is responsible for overseeing large, strategic customer accounts and ensuring the successful delivery of integrated solutions across multiple projects and stakeholders. This role serves as a key liaison between customers, General Contractors, internal teams, and leadership, driving program execution, operational excellence, and customer satisfaction.

This position provides leadership and accountability for program performance, delivery execution, financial oversight, resource coordination, stakeholder management, and compliance with contractual obligations. The Senior Program Manager plays a critical role in aligning cross-functional teams, mitigating risks, resolving complex challenges, and ensuring successful program outcomes from initiation through completion.
