Position Overview

Coveo seeks a Senior Customer Experience Program Manager to enhance customer engagement. Lead initiatives that strengthen relationships and optimize digital interactions.
In this key role, you’ll manage the execution of customer engagement strategies that extend across the global customer landscape. Your collaboration with teams in technical programs, support, and marketing will be vital for creating effective engagement tools and self-service resources. Additionally, you’ll support VoC initiatives by synthesizing customer insights and monitoring program performance.
