Overview
We are seeking an experienced Senior Program Manager to lead the business-side execution of a large-scale healthcare payer transformation involving the migration from IKA to QNXT. This individual will serve as the primary business liaison between executive leadership, operational stakeholders, IT teams, and system integration partners throughout the implementation lifecycle.
The ideal candidate brings deep health plan operations experience, a proven track record leading enterprise-wide system transformations, and hands-on end-to-end QNXT implementation experience.
