About this opportunity

We are looking for a Senior Program Manager to join our PDU PMO team in Canada. The team consists of approximately 15 members and is responsible for planning and delivering Product R&D releases on time, within scope, and with high quality.

In this role, you will lead large‑scale software development programs (>50 people across multiple teams) and play a key part in driving how we deliver products to market. You will work closely with Product Management, R&D, Release Management, and other stakeholders (e.g., Service Delivery and Market Area team) to secure successful delivery of our product roadmap to the customers. This role could be based in Canada or Brazil.

What you will do

• Lead and manage end‑to‑end software development programs (>50 people), from initiation through delivery and closure
• Own program planning, including scope, timelines, milestones, and resource alignment across Agile teams/ARTs
