Our client is seeking a Senior Program Manager to oversee multiple streams of an HR-related transformation projects

Must haves:
7+ years of experience as a Program Manager with a preference for someone who has experience from large-scale Human Resource/HRIS programs or enterprise transformation programsExperience implementing HRIS enterprise systems and/or HR operations enterprise changes (operating model design, automation, and process simplification.)Experience in program governance, risk management, executive level stakeholder management and cross-functional coordination within a corporate PMO or shared services environment Experience leading 4-6 Project Managers and their associated teams with 30+ peopleNice to haves:
