Lithium3 has an Insurance customer in London and requires a Programme Director on a 12‑month contract.

Required experience:

• Managing large IT transformation programmes exceeding £50m
• Insurance technology life‑cycle projects across Guidewire, Duck Creek, MuleSoft, BizTalk, webMethods, Hadoop, Teradata, Earnix, Radar, OpenText, etc.
• Agile, DevOps, and Cloud experience

Role responsibilities:

• Provide thought leadership and draw upon internal and external best practice along with plans to deliver change and development
• Support the delivery & management of technology and transformation
• Develop sponsorship and support at the executive C Suite level
• Drive the implementation of high impact initiatives
