Experience in major construction projects is essential.
Key Responsibilities - Manage the project budget scope from project start up through to final closeout.
- Set up project cost report.
- Monitor construction schedule for all work packages in conjunction with construction PM’s.
- Highlight any schedule and/or budget issues.
- Work with GC and client on mitigation plans.
- Validate all commercial claims together with scope input from project technical team and project management.
- Ensure timely submission of all documentation with regard to progress claims.
Invoicing - Ensure all invoices are submitted in a timely manner to meet client GR/CF plan.
- Closely manage all contractors for invoice submission to meet GR.
