Job Responsibilities:

Project Execution and Site Planning

• Plan, schedule, and oversee on‑site installation of electrical distribution systems, including ELV and security systems.
• Assist in preparing material BOQs, selecting equipment, and recommending installation methods.
• Ensure all works are executed according to approved drawings, specifications, and regulatory standard.
• Work closely with consultants, main contractors, sub‑contractors, suppliers, and internal teams.
• Attend coordination and progress meetings to resolve technical and scheduling issues.
• Supervise site activities including sub‑contracted works and workforce deployment.
• Monitor site progress, resource allocation, and material usage to prevent wastage.
• Ensure compliance with local codes and regulations (e.g. EMA, SCDF).
