Senior Project Engineer - Power Generation (JB)

Location: Johor Bahru, Malaysia (M01). Visa sponsorship available. This role is on‑site with a flexible work model.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead overall technical coordination of low‑complexity product development activities.
• Manage technical risk and quality of the product throughout the project lifecycle up to early production.
• Integrate requirements of interdisciplinary and cross‑functional stakeholders, making decisions that impact cost and delivery without compromising quality expectations.
• Conduct medium to large engineering projects in the power generation space.
• Provide engineering support for complex projects, including technical solution design and proposals.
• Mentor junior engineers and engineering interns.
