Position Overview

            conducts regular meetings with clients to ensure clarification and meet specific requirements in a timely manner;
delegates tasks to team members according to their individual skill sets, experience and abilities to ensure efficient completion of the project;
maintains budgets and make adjustments according to needs as they arise; 
documents and reports project progress to stakeholders and clients.
assists with proof-of-concept testing before the prototype stage;
analyzes prototypes and finished products for functionality;
reviews existing designs, supporting the enhancement or revision of products;
creates technical drawings using CAD software and outline product specifications;
verifies the accuracy of tooling design and work instructions;
