Demonstrates strong track‑record of leading large scale renovation projects (including the front‑end set up and full‑cycle delivery)
Full project life cycle ownership: successfully delivers projects through all phases, from initiation to handover
Takes a broader oversight role, ensuring either in‑house or third party commercial-, design-, project controls‑related activities, reporting, and deliverables are occurring at the pace and quality level required for project success
Ensures that PMK's service delivery standards are upheld
Coordinates the efforts of various workers in order to ensure that required tasks can be accomplished on time
Proactively identifies obstacles and implements solutions on their projects
Is able to 'manage by exception' meaning that he/she is able to develop a comprehensive action plan for a given project based on the client's unique requirements
