Position Overview

            4+ years of experience as a Project Manager in IT, digital, or transformation projects, preferably in enterprise or consulting environments 
Proven experience delivering complex initiatives involving multiple stakeholders, distributed teams, or cross-functional collaboration 
Strong stakeholder management skills, including regular interaction with business and IT representatives at different organizational levels 
Good understanding of IT systems, software delivery processes, and the full project life cycle, from initiation through implementation and rollout 
Hands-on experience applying project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches) and adapting them to project needs 
Familiarity with structured project management frameworks and governance practices (e.g., PMBOK or similar standards) 
Advanced English (written and spoken)
