**Position Summary**

This position is responsible for leading project delivery resources and managing client relationships in delivering larger, more complex projects. Accountable for successful financial project delivery, meeting project schedule, and achieving the client’s project goals.

**Position Details**

+ Collaborates with Project Executives during preconstruction to review project constructability and risk, develop construction pricing, and prepare construction schedules.
+ Leads a project construction team, including staffing.
+ Serves as primary point of contact for project during construction.
+ Generally, leads a single large complex project or multiple smaller projects.
+ Manages and maintains positive client relationship.
+ Assists with developing project delivery strategies.
