Based in Dubai you will manage projects from opportunity identification through proposal development delivery and closeout. You will ensure projects meet QHSE commercial technical and contractual requirements build senior client relationships lead multidisciplinary teams and drive business growth through winning proposals and crossselling Fugro capabilities.
