About the Role

As a Senior Project Manager supporting the Hunter Class Frigate Program, you’ll play a pivotal leadership role in delivering one of Australia’s most significant and complex defence capability projects.

Leading multiple project teams or a portfolio of interdependent projects, you’ll be responsible for driving performance, achieving key program outcomes and ensuring successful delivery across cost, schedule, risk and quality objectives.

Working closely with senior stakeholders, customers and program leadership, you’ll help shape the future direction of the program while contributing to Babcock’s long-term strategic objectives.

From establishing robust governance and managing customer relationships through to overseeing financial performance, supplier delivery and project reporting, you’ll provide the leadership and direction needed to successfully deliver critical capability for the Royal Australian Navy.
