Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or a related discipline
Professional certification such as PMP, PMI-SP, APM, RICS, or equivalent
12 years of project and programme delivery experience, including 5 years leading large‑scale data centre, infrastructure, industrial or energy projects
Proven experience managing complex programmes with budgets exceeding USD 100 million
Advanced expertise in Primavera P6 programme management, project controls, and Critical Path Method (CPM) scheduling
Strong capability in schedule risk analysis, forecasting, earned value management (EVM), and project performance reporting
Sound financial, commercial, and contract management skills, including budgeting, claims, variations, and contractor management
Excellent stakeholder management, executive reporting, Power BI analytics, and international project delivery experience
