Project Planning & Execution

• Lead end-to-end project management.
• Develop project plans, schedules, budgets, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Ensure deliverables are completed on time, within budget, and according to technical specifications.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, procurement, operations, and security.
• Manage third-party vendors, contractors, and suppliers to ensure proper execution of tasks.
