THE OPPORTUNITY
CPXR is recruiting for a Senior Project Manager (Pre-Construction) to join a well-established construction contractor based in Central London.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced pre-construction professional with a background in construction, refurbishment, or fit-out who is looking to play a key role in securing and delivering major projects.
The role will involve overseeing the entire pre-construction process, developing winning tender strategies, managing client relationships, coordinating technical teams, and ensuring projects are commercially sound before they move into delivery.
