Project Manager
Job Description
The Project Manager is responsible for leading large and complex construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. This role involves overseeing budgeting, scheduling, subcontractor management, and client engagement while ensuring compliance with contract requirements.
Responsibilities
+ Manage multiple construction projects with minimal oversight.
+ Lead preconstruction efforts, including budgeting and scheduling.
+ Execute buyout of subcontractors, materials, and equipment.
+ Prepare scopes of work and negotiate subcontracts.
+ Drive master schedule execution and trade coordination.
+ Monitor budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting.
+ Manage RFIs, submittals, procurement logs, and change orders.
+ Collaborate with Superintendents and Safety teams to enforce jobsite safety.
+ Review shop drawings and ensure compliance with contract documents.
