Senior Project Manager – Shipbuilding / Naval ProjectsAt Aresa Shipyard, we continue to grow and are looking to hire a Senior Project Manager to lead naval projects, coordinating engineering, production, purchasing, quality, subcontractors and the client, while ensuring compliance with deadlines, costs, quality standards and contractual scope.Main ResponsibilitiesLead shipbuilding projects from planning through to final delivery.Coordinate the Technical Office, Production, Purchasing, Quality, Logistics and subcontractors.Monitor project schedules, contractual milestones, critical paths, costs and assigned resources.Follow up on workshop progress and anticipate technical, production or logistics bottlenecks.Coordinate inspections, FAT/SAT, commissioning, sea trials and final acceptance processes.Act as the main point of contact for the client, inspectors, classification societies and key suppliers.Manage scope changes, non-conformities, corrective actions and contractual documentation....
