10+ years of Project Management experience, focused on execution of Digital projects. (This could include OMNI, Loyalty, Marketplaces, Front End projects)
Experience with Atlassian tools – JIRA for project execution and Confluence for reporting
Experience building and leveraging AI agents
LLM experience (CLAUDE, Co-pilot, Chat GPT) in relation to AI expertise
A proven track record of successful project delivery, from inception through implementation
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
Track record of successfully working with cross-functional teams – business users, project managers, architecture, QA, release and engineering teams to build and enhance Knowledge context.
Metric driven team management using Agile methodologies
Extensive experience with both Agile and Waterfall methodologies
Significant experience managing budgets
PMP/CSM a plus
