· Assume full responsibility for large-scale projects, including health and safety, quality, costs, schedules, risks and client satisfaction;

· Promote Canmec’s health and safety culture;

· Plan, organize, direct and control all project activities, from engineering through commissioning;

· Serve as the main point of contact for the client throughout the project;

· Ensure contractual compliance, including scope, exclusions, change management, penalties and deliverables;

· Develop and maintain a detailed project schedule and monitor progress in coordination with Engineering, Manufacturing, Procurement, Quality and Site teams;

· Implement the required tracking tools, including dashboards, performance indicators and progress reports;

· Provide the information required to support project KPIs;
