Mission: As a Senior Project Manager within Schneider Electric’s Process Automation business, you drive the successful delivery of high-value, large-scale industrial automation projects across the UK and Europe. You take full ownership from planning through execution, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards while building strong relationships with strategic clients and leading multidisciplinary teams in complex, high-risk environments. Responsibilities: End-to-end management of complex automation projects (multi-million budget). Ownership of scope, cost, schedule, risk, and quality across assigned projects. Delivery of solutions involving DCS, SCADA, PLC, Safety, Cyber Security, and Digital systems. Leadership of cross-functional internal teams and external subcontractors.
