Position Overview

We are currently seeking a Senior Project Sourcing Manager - Transmissions, Transmission Components, Engine Components & ValveTrains to join our Procurement Organization.
The Senior Project Sourcing Manager - Transmissions, Transmission Components, Engine Components & ValveTrains will work cross functionally within International interfacing with engineering, program management, quality, manufacturing, risk management, finance, aftersales, and supply chain.
As Senior Project Sourcing Manager - Transmissions, Transmission Components, Engine Components & ValveTrains you will be responsible for sourcing all new programs according to the category sourcing strategy, driving cost reductions, supply base management and negotiating agreements.
The key activities include leading strategic sourcing activities, supplier contract negotiations, executing commercial agreements, identifying cost reduction opportunities, and overall supplier performance management.
