About the Role
This role sits within the Digital CRM team, translating business requirements into structured campaign execution. You will drive lifecycle delivery with strong QA governance, risk awareness, and clear stakeholder communication to ensure stable and accurate CRM operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Own full campaign lifecycle delivery & oversee execution governance & QA control, including approvals and pre‑launch validation.
- Proactively identify data, system, or logic risks and propose practical improvements.
- Manage CRM incidents & vendor coordination, focusing on root cause and SLA tracking.
- Communicate outcomes, risks, and CRM limitations clearly to stakeholders.
