Support operational readiness, scalability, and continuous improvement through project coordination, data analytics, process improvement, and digitalisation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities - Manage NPI, system implementation, and continuous improvement projects to support operational excellence and business growth.
- Lead special projects, process design and deployment (PDD/DPD) initiatives, and operational transformation programmes.
- Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders and drive project execution to ensure milestones and deliverables are achieved on time.
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and performance trackers to support project governance and decision-making.
