Key Responsibilities
Coordinate, monitor, and supervise finishing works for Townhouses and Villas across assigned projects to ensure timely and quality execution Ensure finishing works are executed in accordance with approved material submittals, mock-ups, method statements, and workmanship standards. Monitor daily site activities and ensure proper sequencing and coordination of all finishing trades to minimize delays and interface conflicts. Conduct regular site inspections to identify defects, non-conformances, and workmanship issues, ensuring timely implementation of corrective actions. Coordinate closely with consultants, QA/QC teams, project engineers, and internal stakeholders to resolve technical, quality, and construction-related issues.
