Opportunity

Senior Project Surveyor required to manage, motivate, and lead a surveying team in overseeing the delivery of a stock condition survey programme across the organisation's social housing portfolio.

Responsibilities

• Manage and review the development of external surveying teams, providing guidance & coaching.
• Manage quality review audits on completed surveys, identifying gaps and/or non-compliances in survey data.
• Manage and monitor stock condition survey completions and ensure these are in line with survey programme targets.
• Supervise the efficiency and performance of all stock condition surveying activities.
