Experience in managing a team of professionals delivering pre & post-contract cost management and consultancy, including cost estimating, cost planning, BOQ preparation (organization, coordination and team management), pre tender estimation, Tender process management (tender query responses & addendum preparation), Contract formation review etc. , payment certifications, management and assessment of variations, claim avoidance, budget tracking, cost reporting, risk management, negotiations and final account.
Manages projects and resources according to the requirements of the project and acts as primary point of contact for clients on small & medium size projects.
