Role Overview
- Manage and grow a portfolio of clients across off-plan, leasing, and secondary markets
- Advise investors and end-users using a consultative, insight-led approach
- Build and maintain a strong, conversion-focused pipeline
- Source new business through networking, referrals, and strategic outreach
- Stay ahead of Dubai market trends, launches, and investment opportunities
- Negotiate and close high-value transactions
- Deliver a best-in-class client experience from first interaction through to deal completion
