A leading property consultancy is seeking a Senior Property Management Surveyor to join their Asset and Property Management division. This role offers opportunity to work within a dynamicmercial surveying team, working on a range of high profile portfolios including hotels, major retail brands, restaurant and pub operators.

Your new role

As the Senior Property Management Surveyor you will take on responsibility for the management of a mixed-use portfolio. As part of the role you will oversee service charge processes (including budgeting and reconciliations), manage landlord and tenant matters, coordinate health and safetypliance and support arrears management. You will also be involved with providing proactive asset management advice to enhance portfolio performance and provide guidance for junior team members.
