We are seeking an experienced Senior Property Manager to take ownership of a well-maintained portfolio of approximately 220 residential properties within a long-established and supportive agency in Sydney’s South West.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who values autonomy, stability, and a genuinely supportive team environment, while managing a high-quality portfolio with strong systems and structure.
 
The Role
You will manage a clean residential portfolio with the support of a dedicated Leasing Consultant, allowing you to focus on relationships and portfolio performance. Key responsibilities include:

• Managing approximately 220 residential properties
• Conducting ingoing, outgoing, and routine inspections
• Building strong relationships with landlords and tenants
