Summary: The Senior Property Manager is responsible for the effective management and administration of an assigned portfolio of residential properties. This role provides advanced operational oversight, drives financial performance, ensures regulatory compliance, and leads high-performing teams. Through strong leadership, strategic planning, and operational excellence, the Senior Property Manager enhances asset value, maximizes portfolio performance, and maintains exceptional resident satisfaction while upholding organizational standards and contractual obligations.

Salary range: $85,000 - $95,000 plus monthly car allowance
