Job Summary:
We are seeking a seasoned Proposal Writer with strong experience in drafting compelling responses for State and Federal Government RFPs and RFIs. The ideal candidate should have excellent writing skills, the ability to collaborate effectively with SMEs and internal teams, and the capability to convert complex technical content into clear, concise, and persuasive proposals.

Key Requirements:

10–12 years of experience in proposal writing

Proven track record in writing responses for State and Federal Government RFPs/RFIs

Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills

Ability to work closely with SMEs, technical, and sales teams

Skilled in simplifying complex technical language into reader-friendly content

Experience in managing proposals end-to-end, from kickoff to final submission
