Formulate and manage strategic relationships with suppliers, monitor and perform periodic review to ensure suppliers’ performance and quality
Ensure Tender/RFP/RFQ with relevant bidder lists are properly issued, evaluated, shortlisted, negotiated, accepted and completed in accordance with the then-current purchasing policy and procedures
Work closely with internal stakeholders to achieve results, advising and influencing when necessary
