Senior Python Developer (FastAPI)

Location: Louisville, KY (Onsite 1–2 weeks for onboarding, then remote)

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain RESTful/async APIs using FastAPI
• Design performant data access layers using PostgreSQL and SQLAlchemy
• Work from Monday.com as the requirements/issue board
• Collaborate closely with tech leads and deliver in rapid cycles
• Own services end-to-end from design to production release

Required Skills

• 3-5+ years of Python backend development
• Strong hands‑on FastAPI/Django/API build experience
• Strong SQL skills; experience with PostgreSQL
• Experience with SQLAlchemy (ORM and migrations)
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, low‑overhead environment (no dedicated QA)
