Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts for Salesforce applications with a focus on CPQ
• Validate end-to-end CPQ lifecycle workflows , ensuring accuracy and consistency across all stages:
  • Product configuration, bundles, and product rules
  • Pricing rules, discount schedules, and price calculations
  • Quote creation, amendments, renewals, and cancellations
  • Quote templates and document generation
• Perform integration testing between Salesforce CPQ and downstream systems including:
  • Billing systems (e.g., OIC)
  • ERP systems (Oracle)
  • Order Management platforms
• Execute and maintain regression test suites post releases and deployments to ensure system stability
