Description

We are seeking a Senior QA/Test Manager to lead testing strategy and execution for a large-scale compliance system implementation. This role will be responsible for owning the end-to-end testing lifecycle, working closely with internal teams and a third-party vendor to ensure a successful, on-time rollout of a mission-critical application.
This is a high-impact, fast-paced effort requiring a strong mix of test strategy, hands-on execution, and stakeholder coordination. Test Strategy & Planning
Develop overall test strategy document
Define testing types, environments, entry/exit criteria
Create test schedule aligned to project timeline Test Case Development
Write test cases/scripts Cover: functional, integration, regression, negative/edge case, security, data validation Test Environment Coordination
Work with AirBadge and Delta teams to confirm test environments ready
Coordinate test data (sample SSNs, PPRs, candidate records, SAP files)...
