Position Overview

            Job Responsibilities  Manage & supervise & Planning QC weekly activities 
Supervise and coordinate a team of QC inspectors 
Covered QC inspector inspection duty in the absence of inspectors (If necessary) 
Handling customer complaint, raw material reject and internal non-conformity 
Monitor the effectiveness of Raw Material SCAR & internal MRR 
Generate QC Monthly Report & Effectiveness Summary Report 
Customer complaint 
Liaise with respective department & conduct investigation 
Generate CAR/ SCAR and launch complaint to relevant party 
Follow up CAR with Production/ Supplier & SCAR with Purchaser/ Supplier 
Generate Customer Complaint Weekly Report 
Compile and generate scrap form 
Submit & get approval from relevant party 
Supplier Performance Monthly Report 
Generate report based on monthly MRR & GRN
