Report directly to COMPANY Quality Teams and act as the focal point for assigned inspection activities.
Supervise and manage QC Inspectors and inspection personnel as directed by COMPANY Quality Representatives.
Review and implement Quality Management System (QMS) Procedures, Project Quality Plans (PQP), Inspection and Test Plans (ITP), Method Statements.
Conduct inspections and witness testing for activities performed by EPC Contractors and Manufacturers in accordance with approved ITPs and project requirements.
Review, verify and endorse inspection and testing records for compliance with applicable standards and specifications.
Monitor the performance of Contractor and Manufacturer QC personnel and report any quality concerns.
Attend and represent the client in QA/QC meetings with contractors at site and yard.
