Key Responsibilities

• Drive QA engineering best practices across the engineering function
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Vendor teams to ensure a high-quality digital banking experience
• Design, create, and execute both manual and automated test suites
• Develop and maintain test documentation (Test Plans, Test Cases, Issue Lists)
• Promote automation practices aligned with QA strategy
• Maintain and enhance in-house automation/testing tools
• Design and communicate test solutions clearly to all stakeholders
• Perform functional, regression, integration, and performance testing
• Document all test steps and results
