Overview

Wanna join the adventure. As Senior Quality Engineer you’ll lead the development and execution of quality systems and assurance processes across the full lifecycle of our spacecraft from component procurement to launch readiness. This is a hands-on technical leadership role with a strong path toward senior management.

About this Role

• Support implementation and sustain a quality management system (AS9100-based QMS)
• Lead root cause investigations (RCS) and corrective/preventive actions (CAPA)
• Conduct supplier audits define qualification criteria
• Participate in engineering design reviews (Control Plans PFMEA etc.)
• Establish and monitor quality KPIs across operations
• Mentor junior engineers/inspectors and contribute to team scaling

Must Haves

• 7 years in quality engineering (aerospace or high-reliability hardware)
