Senior Quality Engineer

Location: Andover, Hampshire
Salary: £45,000 – £55,000 (DOE)
Hours: Monday – Thursday 08:00–17:00, Friday 08:00–14:30

The Role

We are looking for a hands-on Quality Engineer to join a growing aerospace manufacturing environment, supporting the delivery of “on-time, first-time” quality performance.

This role will play a key part in driving quality assurance, compliance, and continuous improvement, while also supporting wider health, safety, and environmental (HSE) activities.

You’ll work closely with the QHSE Manager and cross-functional teams to embed a strong quality culture across the business, ensuring systems, processes, and products meet both internal and external standards.
