Support the implementation, maintenance, and continual improvement of the QMS in accordance with AS9100D, ISO9001, and NADCAP requirements (AC7000, AC7108,AC7110, AC7114).
Assist in the preparation, maintenance, and revision of quality documentation including SOPs, work instructions, control plans, and quality records.
Conduct and coordinate internal audits across all business units; track findings and monitor CAPA effectiveness.
Support NADCAP and regulatory audits (CAAS Part 145, FAA Part 145, EASA Part 145); prepare audit evidence packages and host auditors as required.
Monitor process and product quality metrics; analyse trends, identify root causes, and drive corrective and preventive actions using 8D, 5-Whys, or Fish bone methodologies.
